Paul is a phenomenal teacher. He takes the time and effort to teach and perfect. Paul observes and modifies his teachings of the art based on your experience level.

I have some martial background myself and I was a student in Go-Ju-Kai Karate for seven years. However, the time came when I wanted to try something different. I came to Paul not knowing any Wing Chun at all and I was surprised at how ‘simple’ it really was.

I now love Wing Chun and practice it every day. I am amazed at how much I learn every lesson. After each lesson I am eager for the next. Wing Chun is not only an art but a way of life too. If you are interested in the art and /or philosophy of Wing Chun Kung Fu I would highly recommend taking lessons from Paul. Paul is always fun to work with. He follows the teachings of true Kung Fu — kindness and discipline.

Enthusiastic, insightful and patient; these are but a few words I would use to describe Paul Williams in relation to his teaching of Wing Chun system. Paul has the unique ability to assess and adapt to an individual’s level and help their own concept of Wing Chun flourish. All the time Paul’s own enthusiasm for the system is more than apparent. Whether we discuss many concepts in a class, or just one; practice many techniques, or just a few, I leave each session with things to practice and ponder and I look forward to this being the case in the years to come. In short, I could think of no better person to learn and practice Wing Chun with.

“I’ve been training in various arts for 35 years, Wing Chun being one of them. In my travels I’ve devised a list of absolutes and will not compromise.  I want:

– An instructor that is passionate about their art
– An instructor that can teach that art (not all can)
– An instructor that trains regularly and if applicable, is plugged into their teacher.
Paul Williams is all these things and more.

Wing Chun sells itself, one of the greatest systems for sensing, predicting, tracking and responding to human movement there is. Paul does a great job sharing this art and meeting one at their level.”

Paul is an excellent teacher who takes the time to teach not only the art of wing chun, but also the philosophy that aligns with it. His passion for the art is contagious and since training with him, I feel such a profound sense of confidence and balance. Wing chun is not only useful for self defense. It can be a powerful tool for complete self-transformation and realization. Paul’s guidance has helped me in so many ways, and I urge anyone out there looking to dive more deeply into the art to contact Paul.

Ving Tsun is a Chinese martial art developed over 400 years ago to enable self defense for a person against a larger stronger opponent.

Ving Tsun uses scientific principles and techniques to use minimum energy to attain maximum results. The main principle is that the person strives to dominate the center line of their opponent while protecting their own center. Your balance must be attained while trying to unbalance your opponent. As you move forward the idea of being centered and balanced carries over to your personal life and activities on a daily basis.
